So as we transition into this new season, let’s take a mini-assessment of our routines. Are they still working for us? Do we need to make a few shifts as the season changes?
For me, refocusing on hydration of my inner and outer self is key to staying healthy during the summer months. It’s easy to stick to our routines but our bodies need different input in different seasons. Sharing below what I’ll be focusing on this summer. As always take what you need or use it as a template to design your own daily routines.
